方管要在專用進口流水線上進行制作，以確保風(fēng)管制作精度及方管的密閉性。方管配件的下料應(yīng)在進口專用機器上運用計算機軟件全自動化完成，并由進口的鈑金專用等離子切割機上完成自動等離子切割工序。方管管體與插接法蘭間的連接應(yīng)采用無鉚釘連接工藝，運用進口設(shè)備進行無鉚釘連接工藝。方管的咬口連接應(yīng)采用進口自動咬合器進行咬合工藝。

方管的連接法蘭應(yīng)采用連板法蘭及插接法蘭連接工藝，方管大邊邊長小于或等于2000mm時應(yīng)采用共板法蘭連接形式。
