樓承板型材厚0.8mm、1.0mm、1.2mm寬688mm~940mm,高5 1 mm ~76mm.工程樓面樓承板與鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)共同作用,系復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)。樓承板鋪設(shè)與鋼梁連接,板端頭與鋼梁熔透點焊,中間采用栓釘與鋼梁穿透熔焊;樓承板間用專用夾緊鉗咬合壓孔連接;堵頭用專用鍍鋅堵頭板與樓承板及鋼梁點焊。如果是帶弧形區(qū)樓承板異型裁切采用等離子切割機切割,其切口光滑,表面鍍鋅層完整。樓承板焊接采用手工電弧點焊,焊條為E4303,直徑3.2mm,熔透焊接點為16mm.原設(shè)計焊點間距305mm,后將焊點增加1倍,以確保操作人員行走時樓承板不變形,混凝土澆筑時樓承板端頭不漏漿。當樓面層結(jié)構(gòu)標高變化不一致時,采取加焊型鋼措施,使水平結(jié)構(gòu)呈臺階過渡,當降低標高時工字梁腹板加焊角鋼;抬升標高時工字梁翼緣加焊槽鋼。當遇到樓面有預(yù)留洞口時 尺寸一般是大于500mm×500mm時采用先開洞措施,即在鋼梁上加焊型鋼托梁分隔,增加洞口剛度,網(wǎng)片鋼筋在洞口斷開,并與型鋼焊接;洞口尺寸小于500mm×500mm時采取后開洞措施,即在樓承板上增加堵頭分割板,網(wǎng)片鋼筋貫通,混凝土澆筑成型后可剪斷鋼筋

When the elevation is lowered, angle steel is welded to the web plate of the I-beam; When lifting the elevation, weld channel steel to the flange of the I-beam. When encountering reserved openings on the floor, the size is generally greater than 500mm × When the diameter is 500mm, the first opening measure is adopted, which is to add welded steel joists on the steel beam to separate and increase the stiffness of the opening.
